Who we are
MS Realty is a family estate agency based in Sandanski. We sell and let property in the town and the surrounding Pirin region, along the Black Sea coast, and across the border in northern Greece.
Most of our buyers come from outside Bulgaria, so the agency grew around one job: making a purchase in a foreign country understandable. That means property facts a broker has checked, the local rules stated plainly, and a person who answers in your language.
We publish the site in Bulgarian, English, German, Dutch, Russian, Greek and Hebrew. Bulgarian is the language we write in first, and a person approves every translation before it appears.
